Eligibility:

Individuals must be of legal age in their respective jurisdictions to participate in the Safalya Gurukul Partnership Program.
Safalya Gurukul reserves the right to approve or reject partnership applications at its discretion

Partnership Agreement

Upon acceptance into the program, partners agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Partners are not considered employees of Safalya Gurukul and therefore are not entitled to employee benefits or privileges.

Commission Structure

Partners will receive commissions based on the successful sale of Safalya Gurukul’s services or educational programs, as outlined in the partnership agreement. Commissions are subject to change at the discretion of Safalya Gurukul.

Sales and Marketing

Partners are responsible for marketing and promoting Safalya Gurukul’s services and educational programs in a professional and ethical manner.
Partners must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing sales and marketing activities.

Confidentiality

Partners agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information or trade secrets disclosed by Safalya Gurukul.
This includes, but is not limited to, client information, pricing structures, and marketing strategies.

Support and Training

Safalya Gurukul will provide partners with access to training materials and support to assist them in their sales efforts.
Partners are encouraged to actively engage in training sessions and utilize support resources as needed.

Termination

Safalya Gurukul reserves the right to terminate a partnership agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the partner.
Partners may also choose to terminate their participation in the program by providing written notice to Safalya Gurukul.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights associated with Safalya Gurukul’s services, educational programs, and branding remain the property of Safalya Gurukul. Partners are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use Safalya Gurukul’s branding and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting the partnership program.

Indemnification

Partners agree to indemnify and hold Safalya Gurukul harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in the partnership program.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Modification

Safalya Gurukul reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time, with or without prior notice, by posting the updated terms on its website. By participating in the Safalya Gurukul Partnership Program, partners acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
